Dermatologist Shares Diet Tips For Healthy Hair And Glowing Skin

New Delhi: Dermatologist Dr. Jushya Sarin says that true radiance starts with nutrition, even though expensive skincare and haircare products are popular on social media. She says that a balanced diet is important for keeping hair strong, stopping it from turning gray too soon, and making skin feel better.

Dr. Sarin says that eating foods high in zinc, such sunflower seeds and cashews, can help hair grow and stop it from breaking. She says to add milk and paneer on your scalp to nourish it and give your hair its natural color. These foods are high in Vitamin B12, which is typically associated to hair color.

Dr. Sarin says that papaya and pomegranate are good for your skin because they are high in vitamin A and polyphenols, which lighten skin and make it look better. She also says that oranges and soaked almonds make a potent pair. They give you Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and good fats that help collagen, hydration, and an even skin tone.

“These foods are my skin’s best friends for glowing from the inside out!” Dr. Sarin said, “Feed your skin and hair from the inside out.”
