CUPERTINO, CA — The new iPhone 17 series from Apple, which came out on Tuesday, has a lot of new features and makes it easier to tell the difference between the basic and Pro models. Indian Prices: The iPhone 17 starts at ₹82,900 for the base model with 256GB of storage. The 512GB model costs ₹1,02,900. It comes in white, black, lavender, mist blue, and sage.
The iPhone 17 Pro is the top-of-the-line model, and the 256GB version costs ₹1,34,900. The 512GB model costs ₹1,54,900, the 1TB model costs ₹1,74,900, and the new 2TB model costs ₹2,29,900, which is the most expensive one ever. It is available in silver, cosmic orange, and deep blue.
Display and Performance
Both variants have a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. The display is protected by the new Ceramic Shield 2. But their internal CPUs are not the same.
The A19 chipset, a powerful new CPU intended for enhanced AI functions and gaming, powers the iPhone 17.
The iPhone 17 Pro has the A19 Pro chipset, which is significantly more powerful. It also has a new vapor chamber cooling technology that helps control heat better. This feature is made to keep the system from overheating during long periods of high-performance applications like gaming and professional video recording.
System for Cameras
This is the most important thing that sets the two models apart.

Battery Life: Apple says that the iPhone 17 can play videos for up to 30 hours on a single charge. With a 40W adaptor, it can be charged to 50% in about 20 minutes.
The iPhone 17 Pro has a significantly longer battery life and can play videos for up to 31 hours. The speeds for fast charging are the same as for the regular model.
