August 8, 2025: People have said that Netflix will allow people watch Anurag Basu’s love story “Metro In Dino” starting on August 29, 2025. A lot more people will see the movie now that it has been in theaters since July 4. Some of the famous actors in it are Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
The movie is a spiritual sequel to Basu’s 2007 anthology Life in a… Metro, which was very well received. There are four stories about relationships that are all connected and take place in cities like Delhi and Mumbai. The stories are about love, heartbreak, and finding out who you are. The story of the movie is set in a lot of different places and is quite modern. This is supposed to highlight how hard love may be in a world where dating apps are everywhere and social norms are shifting.
T-Series and Anurag Basu Productions made the movie. It didn’t fare well at the box office, making roughly ₹52 crore in India and ₹78.50 crore around the world. At the same time, cinemas were showing other big pictures like Superman, which made the box office more competitive.
People who didn’t see the movie in theaters will be able to see it on Netflix starting August 29. They will be able to view the interesting story of Basu and the great acting by the movie’s many stars.
