The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed its adherence to the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) jersey guidelines for the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025, according to a statement by BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia.
Saikia’s assurance comes in the wake of speculation suggesting that the BCCI might omit Pakistan’s name—the tournament’s co-host—from their jerseys, given that Team India is set to play all its matches in Dubai. “BCCI will follow the jersey guidelines of ICC during Champions Trophy 2025,” Saikia stated, emphasizing compliance.
