Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], December 18: Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj and actor Shahid Kapoor, who previously collaborated on successful films like Kaminey and Haider, are reuniting for an exciting new project. Triptii Dimri will star opposite Shahid in the film, with Bhardwaj directing.
The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala’s banner, is set for release on December 5, 2025. The shooting will begin on January 6, 2025.
Sajid Nadiadwala’s official X account shared the announcement, stating, “#SajidNadiadwala presents a @VishalBhardwaj film! A spectacular cinematic journey begins on 6th Jan 2025. Film releasing on 5th December 2025 @shahidkapoor @tripti_dimri23 @nanagpatekar @RandeepHooda @WardaNadiadwala.”
Shahid Kapoor also took to Instagram to share his excitement, writing, “Every story has its time, and this one begins now. Shooting starts on 6th January 2025, and we’ll see you in theatres on 5th December 2025.”
The film also features Nana Patekar and Randeep Hooda, but plot details remain under wraps.
