“Hindi binds our cultural diversity in the thread of unity and gives it strength,” Birla stated.
In a post on X, Birla’s office elaborated on efforts to integrate technology with Hindi, revealing a focus on using artificial intelligence (AI) for translating Lok Sabha debates into Hindi.
“A humble effort is being made to translate Lok Sabha debates into Hindi using the Neural Language Model of AI,” the post mentioned, further highlighting how the adaptability of Hindi ensures its relevance in modern technology.
The Speaker emphasized that AI is being leveraged to make the richness of Hindi literature and poetry accessible globally. “Today, with the use of Artificial Intelligence, the rich legacy of Hindi literature and poetry is available across the globe,” he said.
Role of Hindi in Governance and Justice
Birla also highlighted the growing importance of Hindi in justice, administration, and internet technology, underlining its role in making governance systems more inclusive. Historical and Constitutional Significance
The Speaker reminded the audience of the foresight of India’s constitutional architects, who acknowledged the potential of Hindi to unite the nation while respecting linguistic diversity. He remarked, “During the preparation of India’s Constitution, visionary leaders speaking different languages recognized the symbolic power of Hindi as a unifying force.”
Birla concluded by affirming that Hindi continues to evolve and adapt to modern technological advancements, ensuring its relevance and accessibility on global platforms.
