Los Angeles (California), February 24: The 31st Annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards celebrated outstanding talent across both film and television, with a mix of established stars and newcomers taking home top honors. Hosted by Kristen Bell, the ceremony streamed live on Netflix from the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

  • Best Actor in a Drama Series: Hiroyuki Sanada for Shogun

Stunt Performance Awards:

Special Honorees:

  • Life Achievement Award: Jane Fonda for her decades-long contribution to film and television.

The event also demonstrated solidarity, with SAG-AFTRA encouraging donations for the natural disaster relief fund in response to the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles, which had led to the cancellation of the live nominees’ announcement.

The SAG Awards highlighted the continued success of shows like Shogun and Only Murders in the Building, while also recognizing the talents of actors like Timothée Chalamet, Demi Moore, and Martin Short.
