In a shocking incident that has sent shockwaves through northeast Delhi, a 16-year-old boy was found murdered late Friday night in Central Park, Seelampur. The victim, identified as Rehan alias Seelampuria, a resident of Ghonda Chowk in Maujpur, was discovered by a patrolling police constable around 11:30 PM on May 16, lying in a pool of blood between a park bench and a pathway.
The injured teenager was immediately rushed to JPC Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival, officials confirmed.
